The museum throws a light on the islands’ indigenous tribal communities - the four Negrito Tribes of the Andaman i.e. Jarawas, Sentinelese, Great Andamanese and the Onges and two Mongoloid Tribes of the Nicobar viz. the Nicobarese and the Shompens. Collection of the museum includes several portraits, models, and photographs of tribal communities in Andaman.
